Clear, fair, and transparent guidelines to ensure the best shopping experience for all our cosmic explorers.

General Policies

  • Products posted are what are available, but you are at liberty to send inquiries about specific items.
  • No exchanges allowed ❌ - except when the wrong order has been sent to you.
  • You can exchange if the wrong order has been sent to you.
  • No refund after correct order has been sent out.
  • Please retext if your messages haven't been responded to. (IMPORTANT‼️) You can send an SMS as well to draw attention to your message.
  • Please watch stories/status for updates. It's impossible to text all customers individually.

Delivery Policies

  • Delivery can be done between a few hours to a few days.
  • No express delivery, unless you're willing to pick up (for when I'm in school). No pickup for unfamiliar customers when I'm at home.
  • For first-time customers, you have to make full payment before picking up.
  • ONLY reach out about your package if delivery hasn't been done after three WORKING DAYS (weekends & holidays non-inclusive).
  • Delivery is impossible when it's raining heavily. Kindly take note.
  • Once your order has been sent out, there may be delays that are beyond our control. Kindly exercise patience.
  • Make sure you are reachable.

Refund Policies

  • You (client) are eligible for a refund if your order hasn't been sent out after 3 working days without explanation.
  • You are NOT eligible for a refund the minute your correct order leaves our custody.
  • If the item you bought is sold out and you want a refund (your order hasn't been sent out yet), you're eligible for a refund after we sell it to a new customer.
